ZenRoc (www.ZenRoc.Com) was established as a holding company for the founding shareholders of The Sports Group which was established in 2002. This was primarily to invest and grow its portfolio beyond the sports businesses which were already set up.

The Sports Group (TSG) www.TheSportsGroup.In was launched in 2002, with the first project being the World Cricket Academy (WCA) www.WorldCricketAcademy.Com, with the purpose of being an independent international programme welcoming all types of cricketers from professionals to amateurs wanting to experience cricket development in a new culture and environment at some of the best grounds and facilities in the world.

In 2008 the Institute of Sport (IOS) www.InstituteOfSport.Org was launched, this is part of a plan to set up independent Sports Schools, which would also provide Education on site – the first school has been set up under the auspices of the World Education Trust (WET) www.WorldEducationTrust.Org and branded Innovative Minds School of Excellence www.InnovativeMindsSchool.Org, the school is now fully functional with over seven hundred students of various ages studying in the CBSE curriculum at the school.

The Sports Group also launched (TPG) www.ThePlayersGroup.Org in 2009 which was set up to provide scholarships to aspiring sportsmen and women around the world. This scholarship would be made available through the World Sports Trust (WST) www.WorldSportsTrust.Com and we believe would enable the family, the individual sportsman or women, to stay focused on developing his or her skill, without the day to day worry about commercial remuneration. Emerging Players has signed over a hundred youngsters on its books, and manages their careers from a very early stage and guides them through the various bumps in their career; towards success at the highest levels of their chosen sport. The Sports Group also set up www.ZOLT.In a sports products business, which relies on research coming in from the various sports and fitness businesses ((WSA) www.WorldSquashAcademy.Com, (IFA) www.InternationalFootballAcademy.In, (FIT) www.FamiliesInTraining.In to develop its own Intellectual Property as well as creates new products for sportsmen and women across the country.

In the Non-Sports related business area, ZenRoc and its partners have, as mentioned above, launched a school under the (IOS) www.InnovativeMindsSchool.Org brand, an Education Trust under (WET) www.WorldEducationTrust.Org as well as Pest Management solutions under the PCA brand www.PCAMB.Com

Education, Sports, Primary Health Care, Real Estate and Entertainment targeted at the rural community through Innovating Markets (IM) www.InnovatingMarkets.Com will lead the way; the focus will be on innovating new locally commercial and viable business models for the community, this will remain the main focus for the group for the foreseeable future.
